MindSpark Kids

Terms

Draft. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before MindSpark Kids opens to the public.

Who can have an account

An account is for a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. You create profiles for your children and you are responsible for how they use MindSpark Kids. Children do not have accounts of their own.

The free plan and Premium

Each child can play 20 games or 15 minutes a day, whichever comes first.

Unlimited play for every child in your family, for one price. It costs $5 a month or $50 a year, in US dollars, and renews until you cancel.

Cancel any time from your account. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.

[Refund terms will be written here before launch.]

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or keep your card details. If you delete your account, any subscription is cancelled first.

Your data

What we keep and why is in the Privacy page. You can download or delete your family's data from your account page at any time.

Using MindSpark Kids

Please use it for your own family, keep your sign-in links to yourself, and do not try to break or misuse the service. The games are for play and practice. They are not a medical or school assessment of any child.

The rest of the terms

[The legal terms about liability, changes to the service, ending accounts and the law that applies will be written by a qualified adviser before launch.]
