- Are there ads?
- No. There are no ads, and no tracking scripts or analytics from other companies on this site or in the games.
- What do you store about my child?
- A nickname, an age and an avatar that you choose, plus which games they played and how they went. A nickname is enough: you do not need to give a real name. You can see everything we keep in your account.
- What ages are the games for?
- Children aged 2 to 17. Each game says which ages it suits, and a child only sees the games made for their age. Games start gentle and get a little harder as your child plays.
- Do my children need an email address or an account?
- No. Only the parent has an account. Children play from their own profile, and a grown-ups' door leads back to your settings.
- How much does it cost?
- Playing is free for 20 games or 15 minutes a day for each child. Premium removes that daily limit for the whole family and costs $5 a month or $50 a year.
- How do I cancel?
- Open Billing in your account and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel there at any time, and payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card details.
- Can I delete my family's data?
- Yes. In your account you can download everything we hold about your family, or delete it all, including every child's profile, at any time.
- Can I limit how long my children play?
- Yes. On your dashboard you can set a daily time limit for each child. When it is used up, new games wait until the next day.
- What do I need to play?
- A web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.
